Tava Gosht

Ingredients:

Mutton - 1 kg
Garam Masala - 2 tsps
Ginger garlic paste - 2 tsps
Ghee - 50 grms
Onions - 4
Tomato - 2
Chilli powder - 2 tsps
Green chilli - 4
Mint leaves - 1 bunch
Amchur - 1 tsp
Salt - to taste
Chopped cilantro - 1 tsp
Poppy seeds - 1 tsp
Garam Masala Ingredients:
Cardamom - 2
Coriander seeds - 1 tsp
Nutmeg - 1
Jaji puvvu(biryani flower) - 1
Cinnamon - small piece
Cloves - 4
Mace - 2

Directions:

Clean mutton pieces.In a cloth tie all the garam masala ingredients mentioned above.
In a pressure pan boil mutton pieces,salt,chilli powder and tied cloth with ingredients.
In a pan heat ghee and fry the above boiled mutton pieces.
In another pan heat oil/ghee and fry onion pieces,tomato pieces,chopped green chillies,ginger garlic paste.Then add garam masala powder.
Then add amchur and mint leaves.Now transfer fried mutton pieces into this pan.
At the end sprinkle poppy seeds and chopped cilantro and turn off the stove
