Chilled Carrot

Ingredients:

Carrots - 1 kg
Chicken stock - 3 cups
Grated onion - 1/2 cup
Garlic pod - 1
Grated ginger - 2 tsps
Curry powder - 2 tsps
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Milk - 1 cup
Curd/yogurt - 1/2 cup
Finely chopped cilantro - 1/4th cup
Salt & pepper powder - to taste

Directions:

In a wide vessel boil  carrots,chicken stock,onion,garlic,ginger,curry powder,cumin seeds by adding water on medium flame for 20 mins.
When they are done keep aside and cool down.
Later grind the entire thing in mixer.
Take this paste in another bowl add milk,salt and pepper powder and keep in fridge.
After 2 hours take out garnish with curd and cilantro and serve.
