cabbage-potato curry

Ingredients:

1/2 kg shredded cabbage
2 onions(chopped fine)
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp garlic paste
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp coriander powder
1 large potato(cooked and cubed)
salt - to taste
Cilantro - some
1 tsp oil

Directions:

Heat oil in a non-stick frying pan and fry the onions,ginger and garlic,together with cumin seeds and coriander powder for 5 mins.

Add potato,shredded cabbage,turmeric and chilli powders and salt together with half a cup of lukewarm water and cook on medium low heat for 15 mins.

Garnish with cilantro.
