Ingredients:
Curry banana - 3
Onion - 1
Green chilli - 3
Ginger - small piece
Salt & chilli powder - to taste
Turmeric powder - a pinch
Cumin & coriander powder - 1/2 tsp each
Garam Masala - 1 tsp
Corn flour - 2 tsps
Lemon juice - 1 tsp
Cilantro - 2 tsps
Oil - Little
Directions:
Boil bananas.Peel off and mash them well.
Chop green chilli and onions.
In a pan heat oil,fry mashed banana.Except lemon juice add all the ingredients and mix well.
At the end sprinkle lemon juice and turn off stove.
Now mould this into required shapes and fry in oil.
Can be served hot with some sauce.
