Ingredients:
Black gram - 1 cup
Roasted Dal - 1/2 cup
Rice flour - 1/2 cup
Jujube paste - 1 cup
Green chilli - 8(finely chop)
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Salt - to taste
Ginger - small piece
Grated coconut - 2 tsps
Oil - to fry
Directions:
Soak black gram in water for 2-3 hours,then blend soft.
Take this in a bowl,add all ingredients except oil one after the other.
Now in kadai heat oil and fry the above made mixture in vada form..Take them out when they change color.
