Ingredients:
Paneer - 1/2 kg
Mustard seeds - 1 1/4 tsps
Fenugreek seeds - 1 1/4 tsps
cumin seeds - 1 1/4 tsps
Amchur - 2 tsps
Ginger garlic paste - 2 tsps
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Chilli powder - 1 1/2 tsps
Cheese - 1 tsp
Onions - 3
Green chilli - 5
Curd/yogurt - 250 ml
Sugar - 3 tsps
Water - 1 1/2 cupc
Salt - to taste
Oil - to fry
Directions:
Make paneer into small pieces.In a pan heat oil and fry paneer pieces.
Grind mustard seeds,cumin seeds and fenugreek seeds together.Add turmeric to this powder.
Finely chop green chilli and onions.
In pan heat cheese and fry onions,ginger garlic paste.After few mins add above ground powder.Then add amchur,chilli powder,green chilli and fry for 5 more mins.
Then beat curd and sugar well.
Now add fried paneer,beaten curd,salt.Let it cook by adding some water.
Turn off stove when it is done.
