Andhra Mushroom Curry

Ingredients:

Mushrooms:1/4 kg
Onions - 3
Green chilli - 3
Chilli powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4th tsp
Cilantro - 1 bunch
Oil - required to fry
Salt - to taste
For Masala paste:
Grated ginger - 1 tsp
Garlic pods - 2
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Poppy seeds - 1 tsp
Coriander seeds - 1 tsp

Directions:

Chop mushrooms after cleaning.Also chop onions and green chilli straight.
Make paste from the above mentioned masala paste ingredients.
In a pan heat oil,add onion pieces,green chilli pieces and fry.Then add chilli powder,mushroom pieces,turmeric powder,salt,and fry for 5 mins.
Now add water and on medium flame cook for 2 mins.
When mushrooms are cooked add masala paste and cook for 5 more mins and turn off stove by sprinkling cilantro.
