Ingredients:
Grated Mutton - 1 kg
Ginger-garlic paste - 50 grms
Raw papaya paste - 70 grms
Cheese - 50 grms
Chilli powder - 5 grms
Mace powder - 5 grms
Salt - to taste
Cardamom powder - 5 grms
Fried bengal gram powder - 40 grms
Ghee - to fry
Directions:
Except ghee mix all the rest ingredients in a bowl and cut into 32 pieces.
Make them flat spread.
On low flame put chapathi pan and apply ghee on the pan.Fry the above made pieces on both sides.serve hot.
