Cabbage,Carrots & potatoes Curry

carrot cabbage curry by jayashreeIngredients:

1/2 kg cabbage,(shredded)
1/4th kg cooked potatoes(peeled and cubed)
1/4th kg carrots(shredded)
2 tsps coconut(grated)
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp ground mustard
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp lemon juice
salt - to taste
2 tsps oil
Cilantro - some

Directions:

Heat oil in a large non-stick frying pan,fry the mustard seeds and ground mustard for half a minute, then add the carrots,cilantro and the shredded cabbage.

After 15 minutes,add the cooked potatoes with lemon juice,grated coconut,chilli powder and salt.

Serve hot.
