Mushroom Rajma Masala

Ingredients:

Rajma - 1 cup
Mushrooms - 200 grms
Onion - 1
Tomato - 2
Green chilli - 2
Ginger-garlic paste - 1 tsp
salt ,chilli powder - to taste
Turmeric powder - a pinch
Coriander powder,garam masala,amchur - 1/2 tsp each
Cashew - 6
sugar - 1 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Cilantro - 2 tsps
Ghee - 1/2 tsp

Directions:

Soak rajma a day before cooking in water.On the day of cooking boil them in cooker upto 3 whistles.
Finely chop onion,green chilli and tomato.
In a pan heat half spoon of ghee and fry onions.After few mins add ginger garlic paste and fry for few more mins.Turn off stove,add tomato pieces,cashew,salt,chilli powder and grind in mixer.
In a pan heat half spoon of ghee,add cumin seeds,mushrooms,green chilli.
When the mushrooms are cooked add the above made onion paste.Then add boiled rajma,half cup water and keep lid.
When the gravy turn thick sprinkle cilantro on top and turn off stove.
