Ingredients:
Drumsticks - 5
Onion & tomato - 2 each
Capsicum - 1
Ginger - small piece
Curry leaves - 4
Green chilli - 2
Cilantro - 3 tsps
Tamarind paste - 2 tspa
Besan flour - 1/2 cup
Salt & chilli powder - to taste
Coriander powder & garam masala - 1/2 tsp each
Cumin & mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp each
Oil - 2 tsps
Directions:
Boil drumstick pieces.
Separate water and boiled pieces and keep aside.
Chop capsicum,tomatoes and onions.
In a pan heat oil,fry cumin & mustard seeds,then add curry leaves,green chilli,ginger.
Then add onion pieces,after few mins add tomato and capsicum pieces.
Once they are boiled add boiled drumstick pieces.
After 5 mins add rest ingredients and kept aside water and keep lid.
When it is done sprinkle cilantro on the top.
