Ingredients:
Grated coconut - 1 cup
Curry leaves - 1/2 cup
Black gram - 1 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Bengal gram - 2 tsps
Cashew - 1 tsp
Ground nuts - 2 tsps
Red chilli - 2
Green chilli - 3
Hing - a pinch
Rice - 2 cups
Salt - to taste
Oil - 2 tsps
Directions:
In a pan heat oil,and fry hing,mustard & cumin seeds,black gram,bengal gram.
After they splutter add cashew,red chilli,green chilli,curry leaves .fry for a min and keep aside.
In cooked rice mix grated coconut and salt.Then add the above mixture to this rice.
