Shahi Paneer


Ingredients:

Paneer - 1/4th kg
Ginger-garlic paste - 1 tsp
Onion paste - 1 cup
Tomato paste - 1/2 cup
Curd - 1 tsp
Cashew paste - 1 tsp
Soaked almond,kiss miss - few
Lemon juice - 2 tsps
Cilantro(grated) - 2 tsps
Hing - a pinch
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
sugar - 1 tsp
Salt - to taste
Oil or ghee - 2 tsps

Directions:

In a fry heat oil or ghee and fry paneer.
Then add hing,cumin seeds and fry.Now add onion paste,ginger garlic paste and fry.
After they are fried add tomato paste,curd,sugar and cook for few mins.
Now add cashew paste,lemon juice and let boil.If needed add some water.
Garnish with almonds,kiss miss and cilantro and serve.
