Ingredients:
Peas - 1 cup
oil - 2 tsps
Cream - 4 tsps
Paneer - 200 grms
Tomato - 4
Sugar - 1 tsp
Chilli powder - 2 tsps
Garam masala - 1 tsp
Tamarind paste - 4 tsps
Green chilli - 6
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - a pinch
Grated ginger - 1 tsp
Chopped cilantro - 2 tsps
Cheese - some
Directions:
Boil paneer pieces in some water along with salt and turmeric powder for 4 mins.Boil peas and keep aside.
In a pan heat oil ,fry ginger garlic paste,tamarind paste,green chilli pieces,tomato pieces.
In another pan heat oil and fry cumin seeds,turmeric powder,coriander powder.Now add the above made mixture and mix well.
Then add cream,sugar,salt and cook on low flame.
Then add boiled paneer and peas and boil,if needed add some water.
At the end add cheese and chopped cilantro and turn off the stove.
