Sakinalu

Ingredients:

Rice - 8 cups
Seasame seeds - 1/2 cup
Ajwain(vamu) - 2 tsps
Salt - to taste
Oil - to fry

Directions:

Clean rice and soak in water for 8 hours.
Now drain water and dry rice on thick cloth.
Now blend rice in a mixer and leave the paste aside for an hour.
Then add seasame seeds,ajwain,salt and water and make just loose.
Now take in hands and spread on cloth like jilebi.
Now fry them in oil until they change color.
