Ingredients:
Mutton pieces - 1/2 kg
Mustard oil - 200 grms
Cardamom - 10
Salt - to taste
Onions - 200 grms
Garlic pods - 30 grms
Green chilli - 8(straight slit)
Almonds - 20
curd/yogurt - 250 ml
Cream - 120 ml
Cardamom powder - 3 grms
Pepper powder - some
Cilantro - 5 grms
Directions:
Finely chop onions,peel almonds and garlic pods.
Now blend garlic,onions,almonds,green chilli by adding some water and make paste.
Beat curd.Finely chop cilantro
In a pan heat oil and fry cardamom,then add above made paste,then add mutton pieces,curd,salt,1/2 cup water and keep lid.
On the low flame boil it for some time until mutton pieces turn soft.
Then add cream,pepper powder,cardamom powder and mix well.
Then turn off stove after 5 mins.
