Methi Malai paneer

Ingredients:

Paneer - 400 grms
Tomatoes - 4
Onion - 1
Garlic -  4 pods
Methi leaves - 3/4th cup
Cream - 1 cup
Oil - 3 tsps
Salt - to taste
Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp
Milk - 1/2 cup
Water - 1 1/2 cups
Hot and sweet chilli sauce - 2 tsps
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Hing - a pinch
Cilantro - 2 tsps

Directions:

In a pan heat oil,add hing,garlic,onion pieces and fry them.Then add tomato pieces and fry on medium flame.
When they are cooked add salt,turmeric powder,garam masala,methi leaves and mix well.
Now add 3/4th cup cream and let it cook for 3-4 mins.
Then add milk,water and boil.
On low flame cook for another 5 mins and add chilli sauce.
At the end add paneer pieces and mix well.
Now add the rest cream and cook for 3-4 mins.
Sprinkle cilantro and serve.
