Spinach Curry

Ingredients:

Corn - 1 cup
Spinach - 4 bunches
Green chilli - 6
Tamarind paste - 2 tsps
Salt - to taste
Turmeric powder - 1/4th tsp
Oil - 2 tsps
Cumin & mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp each
Curry leaves - 2
Red chilli - 2
Chopped cilantro - some

Directions:

Soak corn in water the day before cooking.
On the day of cooking blend it in mixer.
Finely chop spinach leaves.
Cut green chilli straight.
Now in cooker keep ground corn,spinach leaves and green chilli,boil them by adding some water.
After it is done add tamarind paste,turmeric powder and cook for another 5 mins.
In a pan heat oil and fry red chilli,curry leaves,cumin & mustard seeds.
Add this to above made corn mixture.
At the end sprinkle cilantro on the top.
