Ingredients:
Besan flour - 1 cup
Onion - 1
Green chilli - 2
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Curry leaves - 4
Oil - 2 tsps
Rice flour - 1 tsp
Cilantro - some
Salt & chilli powder - to taste
Directions:
Chop onion and green chilli.
In a bowl mix besan flour,onion pieces,green chilli pieces,cumin seeds,rice flour,salt,chilli powder,curry leaves,cilantro and mix well by adding some water.
Now on thw pan heat oil and spread the above made mixture and fry on both sides till it turn golden brown color.
Serve hot.
