Koftha Curry

To prepare koftha
Ingredients:

Corn - 1 cup
Besan flour - 1/2 cup
Chopped ginger & garlic - 1/2 tsp each
Chopped cilantro - 4 tsps
Green chilli - 4
Amchur - 1/2 tsp
Salt - to taste
Oil - to fry

Directions:

Grind corn.Add all the ingredients mentioned and make dough by adding some water.
Now in hot oil fry small balls until golden color is obtained.

To prepare gravy
Ingredients:

Corn - 1 tsp
Cheese - 2 tsps
Tomato puree - 1 cup
Garam masala - 1 tsp
Kitchen king masala - 1 tsp
Onion paste - 4 tsps
Ginger-garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
Milk - 1 cup
Cream - 2 tsps
Salt & chilli powder - to taste

Directions:

In a pan heat cheese and fry corn seeds.Then add all mentioned ingredients except cream,milk,chilli powder one after the other and mix well.
After 5 mins add milk,salt ,chilli powder and keep lid.
Once it is done and the gravy turns thick add the koftha balls.
At the end add cream and turn off the stove.
