Ingredients:
Gongura - 2 bunches
Onion - 2
Green chilli - 2
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Ghee - as required
Salt - to taste
Rice - 2 cups
Directions:
Finely chop gongura leaves.In a cooker boil upto 3 whistles.
Now heat oil in a thick pan.Fry cumin seeds,green chillies,onion.
After few min add boiled leaves.Fry for few mins and add salt,coriander powder.
After 5 mins add cooked rice and mix well with the mixture.
