Ingredients:
Egg plant - 300 grms
Onion - 300 grms
Curd/yogurt - 1/2 kg
Cilantro - 50 grms
Green chilli - 100 grms
Oil - 200 grms
Salt - to taste
Directions:
Finely chop onions,green chilli,cilantro separately.
Make paste from onions.
Then on low flame fry egg plant and peel its skin.Then mash them completely.
In a pan heat oil,add curd,green chilli,cilantro,onion paste and fry them.
After 5 mins add mashed egg plant,salt and mix well.
For 20 mins cook on low flame.
At the end sprinkle cilantro.
