Chinese Mutton Balls

Ingredients:

Boneless mutton kheema - 1/2 kg
Eggs - 2
Soya sauce - 1 tsp
Sugar - 1 tsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Green chilli - 6
Chinese cabbage - 1/2 cup(chopped)
All purpose flour - 1/4th cup
Chinese salt - 1/4th tsp

Directions:

Boil kheema and keep aside.Beat eggs well.In it add soya sauce,sugar and mix well.
In it then add chopped cabbage,green chilli,boiled kheema and mix well.
Now add salt,chinese salt,all purpose flour and make small balls.
In a pan heat oil then fry these balls.
If gravy is needed ,in another pan fry onions then add chilli sauce,chopped cilantro.Then put mutton balls in this gravy ,mix well and serve.
