Srilankan Chicken Curry

INGREDIENTS:

Chicken - 1 kg
Coconut Milk - 2 cups
Coconut paste - 2 tsps
Onion - 1
Ghee - 2 tsps
Garlic cloves - 2
Red chilli - 4
Green chilli - 4
Chilli powder - 2 tsps
Salt - to taste
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
cilantro -
1 tsp
lemon juice - 2 tsps

DIRECTIONS:

In a pan heat ghee,add garlic cloves,chopped onion,green chilli,red chilli,turmeric powder,cilantro and fry.
Then add chicken pieces.Also add coconut milk.Let it boil.
Then add salt,chilli powder.Keep the lid and on light flame cook it for about 45 mins.
When the chicken pieces turn soft add coconut paste,lemon juice.Keep lid and cook for 5 min.
Can be served hot with rice.
