Cucumber Mutton

INGREDIENTS:

Mutton - 1/4th kg
Cucumber - small one
onion - 1
Tomato - 2
green chilli - 2
Chilli powder - 2 tsps
Salt - to taste
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
Ginger-Garlic paste - 1 tsp
Oil - 2 tsps
Cilantro - 1/4th cup

DIRECTIONS:

Cut cucumber,onion,tomato into pieces separately and keep aside.
In a pan heat oil and fry the above cut pieces.
Then add mutton pieces.Once all these fry add cucumber pieces and keep lid.
Once cucumber pieces turn soft,add required amount of salt,chilli powder,garam masala,ginger-garlic paste one after the other and mix well.
Allow the water accumulated from mutton to evoparate.Once the mutton is cooked completely and turn soft add cilanto and turn the stove off.
