INGREDIENTS:
Fish - 1/2 kg (small pieces)
Green chilli - 4
chopped ginger - 1 tsp
Chopped cilantro - 1 tsp
Bengal gram dal flour - 2 tsps
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
rice flour - 1 tsp
chilli powder - 1 tsp
Salt - to taste
Ginger-garlic paste - 1 tsp
Ajwain (vamu) - 1 tsp
lemon juice - 1 tsp
Oil - as required
Onion rings - some(to garnish)
DIRECTIONS:
Clean the fish pieces well and add turmeric powder,salt to pieces and mix well.
In a bowl mix rice flour,chopped cilantro,chopped ginger,ginger-garlic paste,chilli powder,ajwain,lemon juice.Now mix fish pieces in this mixture well.
In a pan fry green chilli and keep aside.
Now fry fish pieces(make sure that they wont split).
Then boil it for 10 min by keeping lid.
Now they can be served by garnishing with onion rings,cilantro and lemon pieces.
