INGREDIENTS:
Boneless mutton - 200 grms
Kewra water - 1 tsp
Fried onions - some
Green chilli - few
Oil - 1 cup
TO MIX WITH MUTTON :
Ghee - 1 cup
cardamom - 3
Black cardamom - 2
Bay leaves - 2
jaji puvvu - 2(Biryani flower)
Curd - 2 tsps
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Chilli powder - 2 tsps
Salt - 1 tsp
Ginger-garlic paste - 1 tsp
Red chilli paste - 1 tsp
Onion paste - 1 cup
Coconut powder - 1/2 cup
DIRECTIONS:
All the ingredients mentioned to mix with mutton are to be taken and mix with mutton.Mix well and keep aside for 30 mins.
In a pan heat oil and boil these marinated pieces for 15 mins by keeping lid.
After all the water is evaporated again pour some water,keep lid and allow to boil.
Once the pieces turn soft,add kewra water,fried onions and green chillies.
Cook for few mins and turn the stove off.Garnish with cilantro.
