Ingredients:
Chicken pieces boneless - 1 kg
Corn flour - 100 grms
All purpose flour - 50 grms
Ginger-garlic paste - 2 tsps
Red chilli powder - 2 tsps
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Egg - 1
Bread powder - 1 cup
Salt - to taste
Oil - 500 ml
Curry leaves - few
Green chillies - 10
Directions:
Mix corn flour,all purpose flour,egg white and salt in a bowl to make thick dough.
Apply ginger-garlic paste,red chilli powder,turmeric powder and salt to chicken pieces and marinate for an hour.
Dip the chicken pieces in the dough and roll in the bread powder.
Heat oil in a pan.Reduce the flame and fry chicken pieces until it turns deep brown in color.
In the same oil fry some curry leaves and split green chillies and garnish them on the chicken pieces.
