Oats Biryani

Ingredients:

Rice - 1/4th cup
Oats - 1 cup
beans - 10
carrot - 1
potato - 1
onion - 1
green chilli - 2
ginger - small piece
curry leaves - 2
mustard seeds - 1 tsp
black gram - 1 tsp
bengal gram dal - 1 tsp
salt - to taste

Directions:

Peel and cut all vegetables into small pieces.Ginger-green chilli paste is to be made.
Clean and soak rice for 30 mins.
In a pan heat oil and add cumin seeds,black gram,bengal gram dal.
Once they splutter add ginger-green chilli paste,vegetable pieces and fry them.
After few min add soaked rice,oats and salt.Add raquied amount of water and keep the lid,allow to cook.
Once the rice and oats are completely cooked add curry leaves and cilantro on the top.
