Kidney Beans Dal

Ingredients:

Kidney beans(rajma) - 1/4th cup
Black gram - 1/4th cup
Bengal gram dal - 1/4th cup
Onion - 1
Tomato - 2
Green chilli - 3
Ginger - small piece
Salt - to taste
Turmeric powder - a pinch
Chilli powder - 1 tsp
Cilantro - 1 tsp
Cheese - 1 tsp
Cream - 1/4th cup
Cumin & mustard seeds - 1/4th tsp each

Directions:

Soak rajma,bengal gram dal and black gram over night in water.
While cooking pressure cook the soaked items and once they are done smash them and keep aside.
In a pan heat cheese then add mustard & cumin seeds.When they splutter, add chopped ginger,chopped green chilli.Once they are fried little add onion and tomato pieces.Fry them till onion changes color.
Now add the smashed mixture in to pan and add required amount of salt and chilli powder.
Garnish with cream and cilantro.
