INGREDIENTS:
Apple- 1 cup(chopped)
Banana - 1 cup(chopped)
Carrot- 1 cup
Milk - 1 cup
Coconut - 1 cup
Ghee - 3/4 cup
Sugar - 2 cups
cardamom powder - to taste
Nuts - to garnish
DIRECTIONS:
Grind carrot and milk together.
Mix all the ingredients together except ghee.
Keep on stirring till the apple and banana pieces are cooked and the halwa turns thick.
Add ghee and cardamom powder.
Turn off the stove and garnish with some nuts.
