Chilli Chicken

INGREDIENTS:

Boneless chicken - 500 grms
green chillies - 4(half slit)
ginger - small piece(chopped)
garlic cloves - 10(finely chopped)
Red color - 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
White vinegar - 2 tsps
soya sauce - 1/2 tsp
green chilli sauce - 1 tsp
Aji no motto - 1 tsp
White pepper - 1 tsp
Cilantro - 1 tsp(chopped)
Spring onions - 1 tsp(finely chopped)
Oil - as required to deep fry.
FOR MARINATION:
Multi purpose flour - 1/2 tsp
corn flour - 1 tsp
egg - 1
Salt - to taste

DIRECTIONS:

Marinate chicken in the mentioned marination ingredients for atleast an hour.
Heat oil in a kadai.Fry the chicken pieces until they turn golden brown  and keep them aside.
In a pan heat oil.Saute ginger and garlic pieces for a min.Add fried chicken pieces to it.
Add vinegar,soya sauce,green chilli sauce and mix well..Add a cup of water to it.
Add red chilli powder,aji no motto,little salt,red color and cook.
When half of the water is evaporated,add green chillies to it and cook,till the entire thing turn dry.
At the end,add white pepper,cilantro and spring onions on it.
