Dhum ka Chaval

Ingredients:

Basmathi Rice - 1/2 kg
Cardamom - 4
Cinnamon - small piece
Bay leaves - 2
Cloves - 4
Ghee - 4 tsps
Cream - 1/2 cup
Salt - as required
Onion pieces - Little(straight cut)

Directions:

Clean rice and soak for an hour.
In a pan heat oil and fry onions and keep aside.
In a pressure pan boil all masala ingredients for few min.Also add salt.Then add rice and let it semi boil and drain off the water.
In a pan heat ghee.Then add cream in to pan.Now transfer the semi boiled rice into this pan.Now let the rice boil completely.
Now garnish this with fried onions and can be served.
