Ingredients:
Amla - 7
Raw coconut paste - 1/2 cup
Green chilli - 4-5
Salt - as required
Oil - 1 tsp
Bengal gram dal,black gram,mustard & cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp each
Ground nuts - 1/4th cup
Red chilli - 3
Hing - a pinch
Curry leaves - 4
Turmeric powder - 1/4th tsp
Rice - 2 1/2 cups(cooked)
Directions:
Clean amla well,remove seeds from them and cut into small pieces.
In a mixer grind raw coconut paste and green chilli together.
In a pan heat oil and put Bengal gram dal,black gram,mustard & cumin seeds,ground nuts,red chilli,curry leaves and hing.
Once they splutter ,add coconut-green chilli paste and amla pieces in to pan.Fry for 5 min.
Now mix this mixture with the cooked rice well.
