Ingredients:
Chamadumpa(colocasia) - 5
Corn flour - 1 cup
Bengal gram flour & rice flour - 1/2 cup each
Baking soda - a pinch
Salt - to taste
Chilli powder - 1 tsp
Ginger-Garlic paste - 1 tsp
Oil - as required to fry
Tomato - 1
green chilli - 3
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Chat masala - lillte
Directions:
Peel chamu and cut into straight pieces.
Now in a bowl mix Bengal gram flour & rice flour,corn flour,Ginger-Garlic paste,baking soda,little salt by adding water.(mix little loose)
Make tomato and green chilli paste separately.
In a kadai heat oil fry chamu pieces by dipping in the above made paste from flour.Let them turn golden brown in color.Take them out and let them cool.
In another pan Heat a tsp of oil,fry the fried chamu pieces along with tomato paste,green chilli paste,chilli powder,coriander powder,chat masala and little more salt as per taste.Once the puri is completely mixed with chamu pieces,turn off the stove and serve hot.
