Tasty Soya pulao

Ingredients:

Soya beans - 1 cup(soak a day before cooking)
Carrot,Beans,Cali flower - 1/4th cup each(chopped)
Peas - 1/4th cup
Onion - 1
Bay leaves - 3
Salt - to taste
Chopped cilantro & mint leaves - to garnish
Ghee - 1/4th tsp
Oil - 2 tsps
Basmathi rice - 2 cups
Ginger-garlic paste - 1 tsp
Cloves - 4
Cardamom - 2
Cinnamon - 2 small pieces
Cumin seeds - 1/4th cup

Directions:

Grind cardamom,cloves and cinnamon together.
In a pan heat oil and fry cumin seeds,bay leaves.In it add onions and fry.Then add chopped vegetables,peas and soya beans.
Fry for 2 mins and add ginger garlic paste.Then the ground powder and salt is to be added..Then add cleaned rice and 1 1/2 cups water then add ghee and cook for 10 mins in cooker.
Cooked pulao is taken in wide serving bowl and garnish with chopped mint leaves and cilantro and serve hot.
