Paneet Raita

Ingredients:

Paneer - 250 grms
Curd/yogurt - 1 cup
Cream - 1 cup
Tomato - 3
Onion - 1
Green chilli - 3
Cashew - 12
Onion paste - 1/4th cup
Ginger paste - 1/2 tsp
Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
Cheese - 1 tsp
Poppy seeds paste - 1/4th tsp
Salt - to taste
Oil - 2 cups

Directions:

Boil paneer pieces on steam for 8-9 mins.(Can use idli plates).
Then grind 6 cashew.
Finely chop onions.
Peel tomatoes and  make paste from them.
In a pan heat oil,fry green chilli and keep a side.
In the same pan now add one tsp of oil and fry onions and ginger paste.
After few mins add poppy seeds paste,cashew paste.
After 4-5 mins add tomato paste,curd,salt and mix well.
After 5 mins add pepper powder,boiled paneer and mix well.
After few mins add cream and mix well by stirring.
Garnish with cashew and fried green chilli and serve.
