Tasty kababs


Ingredients:

Mutton pieces - 800 grms(long cut)
Chilli powder - 20 grms
Ginger garlic paste - 50 grms
Pepper powder - 5 grms
All spice powder - 5 grms
Garam masala - 2 grms
Salt - to taste
Ghee - 100 grms
Chat masala - 20 grms


Directions:

Except ghee and mutton pieces,mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
Now marinate mutton pieces with is mixture and keep in freeze 3-4 hours before cooking.
In a wide pan heat ghee and fry these pieces carefully both sides.
After they are done take into serving plate and sprinkle chat masala and serve.
