Ingredients:
Chicken - 800 grms
Small onions - 300 grms
Ginger - 30 grms
Garlic - 40 grms(chopped)
Curry leaves - 10 grms
Tomato juice - 100 ml
Chilli powder - 20 grms
Turmeric powder - 2 grms
Coriander powder - 15 grms
Garam masala - 2 grms
Salt - to taste
Oil - 100 ml
Chopped cilantro - 2 tsps
Directions:
Make small pieces of chicken .
In a pan heat oil and fry onions,chopped ginger,chopped garlic.Fry untill onion turn golden color.
Now add chilli powder,coriander powder,turmeric powder,tomato juice,curry leaves,salt one after the other and stir fry until oil separates at sides.
Then add chicken pieces and cook on light flame.
Once the chicken is cooked completely sprinkle garam masala on it.At the end garnish with chopped cilantro and serve hot.
