Tamarind Dal(Chintakaya pappu)

Ingredients:

Green gram - 100 grms
Toor dal - 10 grms
Coriander seeds - 10 grms
Red chilli - 10
Besan flour - 10 grms
Green chilli paste - 10 grms.
Finely chopped raw tamarind - 20 grms
jaggery  - small piece
Turmeric powder - to taste
Carrot & egg plant - 1 each
Beans - 10
Salt - to tadte
Oil - 10 tsps

Directions:

Boil green gram in a cooker.
In a pan heat a tsp oil,add coriander seeds,toor dal,red chilli and fry.After they cool down make powder from them.
In pan heat a tsp oil,fry all the above mentioned vegetable pieces.
In it add chopped raw tamarind,green chilli paste,salt,turmeric powder,boiled green gram,jaggery along with water and cook for some more time.
When the vegetable pieces are completely cooked add besan flour(add by mixing to water).
When the gravy is turning thick add and mix the powder we made at starting.
