Methi Biryani

Ingredients:

Basmathi Rice - 1 cup
Methi leaves  - 2 cups(chopped)
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Ghee - 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Garam masala - 1 tsp
Chilli powder - 1 tsp
Amchur - 1 tsp
Cashew - 1/4th cup

Directions:

Clean and soak rice for an hour.
In a pan heat ghee,add cumin seeds,then methi and fry for 2 mins.
Then add soaked rice,salt,turmeric powder in to pan.Then add required amount of water and cook rice on low flame.
At the end add chilli powder,garam masala,coriander powder.amchur,fried cashew,mix well for 2 min and serve hot with raita.
