Ingredients:
Boneless Mutton - 1 kg
Ginger-garlic paste - 3 tsps
Curd/yogurt - 250 ml
coriander powder - 1 tsp
Cumin powder - 2 tsps
garam masala - 2 tsps
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Chilli powder - 2 tsps
Oil - 20 ml
Salt - to taste
Directions:
Clean mutton well and cut into small pieces.
In a bowl beat curd and add cumin powder,coriander powder,garam masala,turmeric powder,salt,chilli powder,ginger-garlic paste to it and mix well.
Now marinate mutton pieces with this mixture and keep aside for 6 hours.
In a pressure pan heat oil and little fry these marinated pieces and then keep lid and boil until the mutton pieces turn soft.
Then turn off the stove and serve hot.
