Dhaniya Kheema Mutter

INGREDIENTS:

Mutton kheema - 1/2 kg
Peas - 1/2 cup
Chopped cilantro - 4 tsps
Oil - 4 tsps
Onions - 2
Garam Masala - 1 tsp
Ginger-garlic paste - 2 tsps
Coriander powder - 3 tsps
Chilli powder - 2 tsps
Curd/yogurt - 1/2 cup
Ghee - 1 tsp
Salt - to taste


DIRECTIONS:

Boil peas separately and keep aside.
Finely chop onions.
In a small bowl mix coriander powder,chilli powder,turmeric powder,salt and curd.
In a pan heat oil and fry chopped onion.Then add garam masala,ginger-garlic paste.
Now add the curd paste in to the pan and cook for a min.
Then add kheema and fry for 2 mins.
Then add required amount of water ,a tsp ghee and keep lid.
Cook until all the water is evaporated.
Now add peas and also a cup of water and boil for few mins.
Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve hot.
