INGREDIENTS:
Chicken - 1/2 kg
Chopped methi - 2 tsps
Chopped cilantro - 1 tsp
Oil - 2 tsps
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Curd/yogurt - 1 cup
Bay leaves - 2
Ginger paste - 2 tsps
Garlic paste - 2 tsps
Garam masala - 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Onion - 2
Green chilli - 2 tsps(chopped)
Salt - to taste
DIRECTIONS:
Clean chicken pieces well.
In a pan heat oil.Add garam masala and bay leaves.Then add onion pieces and fry.
Then add ginger&garlic paste,turmeric powder,coriander powder,green chilli and fry for few mins.
Then add chicken pieces and curd and fry for 10 mins by stirring.
Then add methi,garam masala, cilantro,salt and 3/4th cup water and mix well.
Keep lid and cook on low flame until chicken pieces are completely cooked.
