Butter Chicken

 Ingredients:

Chicken - 3/4 kg
sour curd/yogurt - 2 tsps
Lemon juice - 1 tsp
Onion - 1
Red chilli powder - 2 tsps
Ginger-garlic paste - 2 tsps
Cheese - 5 tsps
Cream - 2 tsps
Tomato - 4
Tomato sauce - 1 tsp
Garam Masala - 1 tsp
Green chilli - 4
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder - 2 tsps
Coriander powder - 2 tsps
Salt - to taste
Chopped cilantro - 1 tsp

Directions:

Clean chicken and make small pieces.Make small cut marks on each piece.
Make onion paste.
In a bowl mix sour curd,lemon juice,onion paste,ginger-garlic paste,red chilli powder.Marinate chicken pieces with this mixture and keep in freeze overnight.
Make paste from chopped tomato,tomato sauce,garam masala,finely chopped green chilli,turmeric powder,cumin powder,coriander powder.
In a pan heat cheese,put chicken pieces.cook until chicken pieces turn soft.
In another pan heat cream and on low flame add and cook the tomato paste made.Then transfer the cooked chicken pieces into this pan.Mix well and saute for few mins.
At the end add chopped cilantro and serve.
