Prawn Carrot Fry

Ingredients:

Carrots - 4
Prawns - 1/4th cup
Onion - 2
Mustard seeds - 1/4th tsp
Red chilli - 2
Salt & chilli powder - to taste
Garam masala - 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 3/4th tsp
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Ginger-garlic paste - 1 tsp
oil - 1/4th cup

Directions:

Finely chop carrots.
Clean prawns well and make small pieces from them.Also chop onions.
In a pan heat 3 tsps of oil add mustard seds,red chilli,chopped onions,chopped carrots and turmeric powder.
After they are fried add prawn pieces ,mix and cover with lid.
After 10 mins add coriander powder,salt,ginger garlic paste,chilli powder,garam masala and mix.
Once they turn golden color sprinkle chopped cilantro and turn off stove.
