Omelet Curry

Ingredients:

eggs - 4(made into omelets)
onion - 1(pureed)
ginger paste - 1 tsp
garlic paste - 1 tsp
turmeric powder - 1 tsp
chilli powder - 1 tsp
tomato - 1(pureed)
boiled potato - 1(cubed)
salt & pepper - to taste
Cilantro - some
oil - 1 tsp

Directions:

Heat oil in a non-stick frying pan and fry the onions,ginger and garlic,together with tomato puree for five minutes.
Add potato,omelets,turmeric and chilli powders and salt together with a cup of lukewarm water and cook on medium low heat for twenty five minutes.
Garnish with cilantro.
