Ingredients:
Chicken - 1 kg
Oil - 1/4th cup
Cheese - 1 tsp
Onion - 2
Carrot - 1
Chopped cabbage - 1 cup
Vegetables boiled water - 1 1/2 cup
Chopped spring onions - 2 tsps
Chopped garlic - 2 tsps
Salt - to taste
Pepper powder - a pinch
Directions:
In a non-stick pan heat cheese and add chicken pieces.Once they are fried take them out and keep aside.
Then in this pan heat a spoon oil and add chopped onions,carrot pieces,chopped spring onion and fry.
Once they are cooked add chopped cabbage,required amount of salt,pepper powder and mix well.
Then add the fried chicken pieces,chopped garlic then add vegetables boiled water.Saute for sometime on medium flame and keep lid.
Once the chicken pieces turn soft,turn off the stove.
