Ingredients:
1. Tomatoes -1
2. Tamarind paste-2 tsps
3. Red Chillies-2
4. 1 pinch turmeric powder
5. 2 cloves garlic
6. 2 stalk of Curry Leaves
7. 1 stalk of Cilantro
8. 1/2 tsp Mustard
9. 1 tsp Cumin seeds
10 .Salt to taste
11. 1/2 tsp Pepper powder
12. 1 tsp oil

Directions:
1.Take a vessel add 4 cups of water, turmeric powder, tamarind paste, pepper powder ,salt,Tomatoes pieces.
2.Boil it for 20 minutes.
3.Heat the oil add cumin seeds,mustard seeds,Curry leaves,garlic and red chillies.
4.Add this to the boiled rasam.Garnish with cilantro.
