Ingredients:
12 ripe bananas, mashed
1 1/2 tsps ghee
1 cup sugar
Water (enough to soak the sugar)
A handful of pistachios and nuts
1 cup beaten cream

Directions:
To the sugar, add the water. Cook the syrup till it starts browning, then remove.
Fry the bananas in 1 1/2 tablespoons ghee.
Fry the bananas in 1 1/2 tablespoons ghee.
Now add in the sugar syrup and cook till the mixture thickens.
Remove and spread on a plate. Cover with cream and nuts.
